Loved the indoor and outdoor pools, especially swimming during a hailstorm! The spa was super relaxing, and our huge room had a cozy fireplace.
Felt safe and secure, no reason to complain.

The ornate decor in the lobby was simply enchanting, reminding me of a charming estate. The public spaces were lovely, providing a comfortable atmosphere that was easy to navigate for seniors like myself. Truly a delightful experience!
More seating in common areas would be nice.

The front desk staff provided incredible support. They quickly upgraded us to a beautiful suite that was well-appointed and spacious.
The initial room fell short due to the lack of a window.

Just spent a fantastic 2 nights with my fam! The room was super spacious, and the bed was beyond comfy. Loved lounging by the outdoor pool and the sauna. But, the dining options could be better. Totally enjoyed the bar area though!

So, we had an amazing time relaxing by the water. The moment we checked in, the staff was all over us making sure we were comfortable, they even lit the fireplace in our room while we watched the game!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

The Deluxe King Room with Garden View boasts a serene atmosphere that enhances relaxation, with lush gardens readily visible right outside the window. The on-site Fresh Salt restaurant delivers quality meals, making dining convenient and pleasant without needing to venture far.
I found the signature scent in the room unappealing, as even the toiletries had an overwhelming fragrance that distracted from the overall comfort. Plus, the high costs for items like bottled water left me feeling uneasy about whether I would be charged extravagantly for using the provided toiletries, adding unnecessary pressure to my stay. I noticed the jacuzzi area was experiencing cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty water that lingered until the next morning—certainly not ideal for relaxation.

The location on the waterfront offers stunning views, perfect for romantic evenings. Spacious fitness room equipped with quality machines allows for a solid workout, while the cozy outdoor fire pits provide a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
The enclosed pool area fell short, lacking pool service even though it was advertised. The restaurant service tended to be slow, particularly during busy hours, making meal timing tricky, especially if you’re in a hurry. The parking situation became problematic during events, so keep that in mind if you're attending one.

Waking up in the spacious Deluxe King Room was a treat, especially with the stunning views of the marina. The bathroom was well-appointed and immaculate, providing a luxurious experience. Excellent dinner options, including delicious Dim Sum, made meal times a highlight. However, the lobby decorations were a bit lacking. a Nativity scene would have added a special touch during the holidays. Overall, the friendly service and refreshing pool facilities made for a memorable stay.
